Responsibilities
- Manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Tik Tok, Spotify, and Reddit to grow acquisition and revenue.
- Guide external media agencies to align plans with commercial priorities, budgets, and performance benchmarks.
- Track, analyse, and report on ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities.
- Execute structured test-and-learn experiments across messaging, creative formats, audiences, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with internal brand, e-commerce, and commercial teams to translate business goals into clear marketing plans.
- Communicate performance insights and actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Key requirements
- Experience managing paid media channels, especially Meta and Google Ads, with a focus on commercial growth.
- Proven ability to manage media agency partnerships and maintain high performance standards.
- Analytical skills with ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Familiarity with structured experimentation across creative, messaging, and audiences.
