We’re looking for an experienced Events Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day marketing of this growing portfolio, delivering creative, commercially focused campaigns that drive ticket sales and audience engagement.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll bring campaigns to life across email, digital, social media, partnerships, content and events, helping shape memorable experiences for thousands of attendees around the world.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead the day-to-day marketing of internationally recognised events, collaborate with expert editorial and commercial teams, and play a key role in the continued growth of one of the wine industry’s most respected global events portfolios.
What you’ll be doing…
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Events Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, delivering and optimising integrated marketing campaigns across Decanter’s global events portfolio.
Working within the wider marketing strategy, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of campaigns that drive ticket sales, audience engagement and commercial performance.
This is a varied, hands-on role that combines campaign planning with execution, requiring someone who can confidently manage multiple priorities, deliver projects independently and identify opportunities to continually improve campaign performance.
You’ll work closely with editorial, commercial, design, digital and events teams, helping bring Decanter’s world-class events to life through compelling marketing campaigns while contributing ideas, insights and recommendations to shape future campaigns.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…
- Minimum 3 years' experience in events marketing or multi-channel marketing, with responsibility for delivering commercial and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience marketing live events with responsibility for driving ticket sales and audience growth.
- Experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, partnerships and content marketing.
- Experience using CRM, email marketing and CMS platforms to deliver campaigns and maintain engaging, accurate website content.
- Confident using Google Workspace and creative tools such as Canva, with experience producing clear, detailed briefs for designers, photographers and videographers to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
- Experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns, marketing budgets and campaign performance reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy across websites, email campaigns and customer communications.
- WSET Level 3 qualification (or above), or equivalent wine industry knowledge, is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel and provide on-site marketing support at UK and international events when required.
