About the Service Enfield Youth Justice Service is a statutory multi-agency partnership working with children, families, victims and partners to prevent offending, reduce reoffending and create safer communities.
About the Role
As Advanced Practitioner with a specific focus on Quality Assurance and auditing, you will support practice development and service improvement across the Youth Justice Service, ensuring practice meets HM Inspectorate expectations and local requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality assurance activities including audits, dip sampling and practice observations.
- Analyse performance data and statutory compliance.
- Support learning, training and workforce development.
- Review practice guidance and procedures.
- Support inspection readiness and service improvement.
- Produce high quality reports and presentations.
- Escalate practice concerns appropriately and support management decision making.
About You
You will have experience in youth justice, children's services or a related safeguarding environment, with strong knowledge of youth justice standards, quality assurance, performance management and practice improvement.
