As an instructor at Future Horizons Leeds, you will deliver engaging, person-centred learning opportunities for students with a range of abilities and support needs. Working closely with tutors, pastoral coordinators, therapists, and support staff, you will plan and deliver meaningful sessions both on and off campus that promote communication, independence, confidence, and progression.
You will assess learner needs, contribute to individual targets, and monitor and record progress using Databridge. Through creative teaching approaches, adaptive resources, assistive technology, and a total communication approach, you will ensure every student can access learning and achieve their full potential.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusive education, values person-centred practice, and is committed to supporting young adults to develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed for successful and fulfilling futures.
