Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team on cladding projects up to £500k, on a 12‑18 month contract with potential to go permanent.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and project schedules.
- Manage cladding, remediation, and maintenance projects valued between £10,000 and £500,000.
Qualifications
- Some experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Construction knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong experience overseeing packages within the commercial and residential sectors.
- Cladding knowledge is a bonus but not required.
- Ability to work within a commutable distance of Ilford.
- Valid legal permit or right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
