The Role
Work in a small, busy Operations Team, serving as a touch point to the wider business including Field Engineers, to provide an efficient administration service. Collate & process information from a range of sources to produce technical reports in a timely and accurate manner. Produce job quotations and liaise with Clients. Assist Engineers with diary management. Handle queries via phone and email. Perform day-to-day office administration and customer support.
Qualifications
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Previous administrative experience including producing accurate and detailed work.
- Experience working to deadlines.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work independently, as well as part of a small team.
- Previous experience building successful relations with customers and colleagues alike.
