A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Urban Designer to join a dynamic team of planners, urban designers, and development specialists in West Yorkshire. This role offers the chance to work on exciting urban design projects alongside a talented, collaborative team. Ideal for a graduate looking to take their first steps in the industry, you’ll be gaining hands-on experience across a range of design and planning tasks in an innovative and supportive environment., * Assist with the development of masterplans, urban design frameworks, and public realm projects.

  • Contribute to planning applications, including site analysis, design statements, and contextual studies.

  • Conduct research to support design proposals, including site assessments and urban trend analysis.

  • Create visual representations of design concepts, including drawings, 3D models, and presentations.

  • Support senior designers with report and document preparation for planning applications and consultations.

  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, policies, and technology in urban design.

  • A degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and ideally 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino, etc.).
