Are you a seasoned digital expert with a proven track record of driving significant and meaningful growth across audience channels and revenue streams? We are looking for a data- and performance-driven digital native who combines editorial expertise, commercial acumen, and an agile leadership mindset to lead Marie Claire UK into the future.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Managing Director Women's UK, you'll spearhead the future direction of Marie Claire UK's platform, content strategies, social channels, and all digital touchpoints. You'll make effective editorial decisions that foster loyal, high-value audiences; develop sustainable commercial revenue strategies and optimise digital monetisation; establish and maintain industry-leading content, concepts and strategies that result in audience and commercial growth.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

  • Longstanding experience in a digital content role
  • Highest proficiency and expertise across all digital channels, with documented experience in achieving and exceeding KPIs
  • Extensive experience in e-commerce, commercial projects and P&L management
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams of 10 or more people
  • Capable of providing clear self-direction while also calmly, clearly, and inspirationally leading others
