The Team You'll Join
You’ll join Future’s Revenue Operations & Commercial Strategy team, a newly established function focused on making our commercial organisation work better.
The team sits across commercial insight, performance, systems, process and transformation.
We build and run the operating mechanisms that connect commercial strategy to execution - giving teams better visibility, clearer processes and stronger governance while identifying opportunities to improve how Future generates revenue.
This role will sit within the Insight & Performance team and will have a particular focus on how Future and Sheer Luxe work together commercially to drive incremental opportunity.
You’ll play a central role in making that model work day to day and helping it evolve as we learn.
The role can be based in either our London or Bath office on a hybrid basis.
What you'll do
Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations - Insight & Performance, you’ll own the day-to-day operation of the Future x Sheer Luxe commercial workflow.
You’ll work closely with Future and Sheer Luxe commercial teams, Revenue Operations and senior commercial leadership to ensure relevant opportunities are surfaced early, routing decisions are made quickly and consistently, and both businesses have clear visibility of progress and outcomes.
You’ll act as a central point of coordination across the two organisations.
This will involve understanding the client context behind an opportunity, bringing together the right stakeholders, applying agreed routing criteria and ensuring decisions are documented and followed through.
Alongside running the process, you’ll use the data and patterns it generates to identify where the operating model can improve and where Future and Sheer Luxe could create additional commercial value together.
- Own the day-to-day Future x Sheer Luxe opportunity routing and governance process.
- Maintain a clear view of in-scope commercial opportunities, ownership, Lead organisation, stage and outcome.
- Bring together relevant Future and Sheer Luxe teams quickly when an opportunity requires a routing decision.
- Apply agreed client-led routing criteria consistently and help resolve ownership or workflow questions.
- Ensure decisions and rationale are clearly recorded and communicated to the relevant teams.
- Track opportunities passed between Future and Sheer Luxe through to conversion and commercial outcome.
- Produce regular reporting on pipeline, conversion, collaboration and emerging trends for Revenue Operations and commercial leadership.
- Identify recurring friction, process gaps and opportunities to improve the operating model.
- Analyse where collaboration is creating incremental client or commercial value and surface opportunities for further growth.
- Support joint account planning and pre-brief activity across priority clients where appropriate.
- Coordinate enablement and knowledge sharing so Future teams better understand Sheer Luxe’s proposition and vice versa.
- Support wider Revenue Operations and Commercial Strategy projects where workflow, governance or cross-functional commercial coordination is required.
- Help move the process from manual coordination toward a simple, scalable and increasingly systemised workflow over time.
- What you’ll bring
- Experience in commercial operations, revenue operations, business management, sales operations, account management or a similar commercially focused role.
- Strong judgement and the confidence to work across teams with different priorities and perspectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across commercial teams and senior leadership.
- A structured approach to solving ambiguous problems and turning them into clear processes and decisions.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with pipeline, revenue or performance data.
- The ability to understand the commercial context behind a client opportunity rather than relying solely on process or data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex issues clear and concise.
- A practical, action-oriented approach and willingness to take ownership of issues through to resolution.
- Curiosity about how commercial organisations operate and an interest in improving processes, behaviours and ways of working.
- Confidence working independently in a role where the operating model will continue to evolve.
- Minimum Requirements
- Experience in a commercial, operational or revenue-focused role.
- Demonstrable experience coordinating work across multiple teams or stakeholder groups.
- Experience working with CRM, pipeline, revenue or commercial performance information.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to operate effectively with senior stakeholders while remaining close enough to the detail to keep day-to-day processes moving.
- Ability to work on a hybrid basis from either Future’s London or Bath office.
