Overview
We are looking for an experienced Events Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day marketing of our growing portfolio, delivering creative, commercially focused campaigns that drive ticket sales and audience engagement.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to bring campaigns to life across email, digital, social media, partnerships, content and events, helping shape memorable experiences for attendees around the world.
This role is suitable for an experienced events marketer with a passion for premium brands and wine.
Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across Decanter's global events portfolio.
- Lead day-to-day delivery of campaigns within the wider marketing strategy to drive ticket sales, audience engagement and commercial performance.
- Manage multiple priorities, deliver projects independently, and identify opportunities to continually improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with editorial, commercial, design, digital and events teams to bring Decanter's world-class events to life through compelling marketing campaigns.
- Contribute ideas, insights and recommendations to shape future campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in events marketing or multi-channel marketing, with responsibility for delivering commercial and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience marketing live events with responsibility for driving ticket sales and audience growth.
- Experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, partnerships and content marketing.
- Experience using CRM, email marketing and CMS platforms to deliver campaigns and maintain engaging, accurate website content.
- Confident using Google Workspace and creative tools such as Canva; able to produce clear, detailed briefs for designers, photographers and videographers.
- Experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns, marketing budgets and campaign performance reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail with accuracy across websites, email campaigns and customer communications.
- WSET Level 3 qualification (or equivalent wine industry knowledge) is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel and provide on-site marketing support at UK and international events when required.
- Location: Hybrid role from London Office (2 days in the office, 3 from home).
