We are looking for a Principal Consultant to join our fast-growing recruitment startup as a senior member of the team. This is a 360-recruitment role with a focus on technical recruitment, offering one of the strongest commission packages on the market, a highly flexible recruitment lifestyle, and the opportunity to help shape the future of the business. You'll be closely supported by a team of highly experienced recruiters who are genuinely focused on helping you succeed. While the business has already secured major client projects for 2026, a key focus of this role will be to develop and execute a business development strategy, particularly around multi-hire recruitment projects for growing businesses across permanent and contract requirements.

- Have a proven track record of winning business and developing accounts
