Future is looking for an Apps and ASO Manager to help us deliver brilliant mobile apps for a diverse portfolio of internationally renowned brands. With a new app strategy and investment in growth, this is an exciting time to join Future's apps team.
You will bring experience managing and marketing a portfolio of consumer apps, ideally with demonstrable success utilising subscription models. You will combine strategic thinking, commercial acumen and creative execution with a passion for creating delightful user experiences that drive business success and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Mobile Apps, the Apps and ASO Manager contributes in delivering Future's app growth strategy. You will maximise visibility, engagement, and revenue performance across our diverse portfolio of mobile apps through strategic App Store Optimisation (ASO) and continuous performance improvement. Working closely with teams across Product, Marketing, UX, and Content, the Apps and ASO Manager will drive acquisition, retention, and monetisation initiatives that align with Future's broader digital subscription goals. You will blend analytical insight, creative optimisation, and commercial focus to ensure Future's apps deliver market-leading user experiences and commercial results.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
- Experience managing multiple iOS and Android apps, within a subscription or digital content business.
- Hands-on understanding of ASO principles, keyword research, creative optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Proficiency with app analytics platforms and experience interpreting performance data to drive growth.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Workspace (GSuite) (or similar).
- Experience with managing stakeholders.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technology teams.
