Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager role based in Hoddesdon. The Sales Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on sustainable print management, cloud services, and related workplace technologies. Daily responsibilities include:
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Generating and qualifying leads
- Conducting client meetings and product demonstrations
- Preparing proposals and quotations
- Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to understand their evolving needs
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Tracking sales performance, updating CRM records, and providing accurate forecasts and reports to support business planning
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction to build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships.

- Experience with Lead Generation and prospecting to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.

- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets while working both independently and collaboratively.
- Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
