Transport for London (TfL) is recruiting a Quality & Assurance Business Partner to oversee quality processes across the PMU delivery portfolio in London. The role ensures compliance with TfL's Quality Management System and PMO guidance, delivering day-to-day assurance and driving continuous improvement.
The role is permanent, based in London with hybrid working: three days in the office and up to two at home, focusing on leadership, KPI dashboards, lessons learned and risk-based surveillance.
