We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Education Data Officer to join Enfield's Education Department. This role focuses on the use and development of Synergy to support high-quality data management, reporting, and statutory processes across education services.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with schools, colleagues, and partners to ensure data is accurate, timely, and effectively used to support decision‐making, safeguarding, and service improvement.
- Maintain and develop Synergy processes, troubleshoot data issues, and support users across the system.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience working with education data systems, ideally Synergy.
- Clear understanding of data quality and compliance requirements.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‐technical audiences.
