About the role
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused individual to join our team on a part‑time basis (3 days per week). This is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop key Archive user relationships while maintaining a strong work‑life balance. You will play a key role in delivering excellent stakeholder experience ensuring a high standard of service delivery, and supporting the success of the wider team.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Act as a key point of contact for enquiries, ensuring a high level of service
- Coordinate internal teams to meet client needs
- Monitor performance and provide reports and updates
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience
- Support delivery of projects and wider team objectives
About you
- Experience in account management, customer service, or stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively across multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, organised, and solutions‑focused
- Good attention to detail and confident using Microsoft Office systems
- Previous experience in an archives service or experience of using archives for research
- Potentially interested in becoming a professionally qualified Archivist
