We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Education Data Officer to join Enfield’s Education Department. This role focuses on the use and development of Synergy to support high-quality data management, reporting, and statutory processes across education services.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with schools, colleagues, and partners to ensure data is accurate, timely, and effectively used to support decision‑making, safeguarding, and service improvement.
  • Maintain and develop Synergy processes, troubleshoot data issues, and support users across the system.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience working with education data systems, ideally Synergy.
  • Clear understanding of data quality and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
