Overview of project/role: Reporting to a Comms DLO Work Controller, you are responsible for ensuring that the Comms DLO Assets are maintained and delivered into service in a safe and timely manner. In addition, you support other LUL business units as instructed by their Line Manager.
Key Accountabilities:
- The job holder must be committed to LUL’s General Safety Policy statement and the Company’s safety programme, monitoring safety performance and compliance with established systems.
- The jobholder must be familiar with relevant safety legislation and comply with statutory requirements.
- Collect and verify all required information relevant to assigned tasks.
- Escalate any missing or incomplete information to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare and organise all necessary tools, equipment, and materials before work.
- Inspect tools, equipment, and materials to ensure they meet required standards.
- Identify and resolve issues promptly within own level of responsibility.
- Escalate any complex problems or deviations that cannot be resolved independently.
- Follow established processes and procedures to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Accurately update and utilise systems such as the Fieldreach Asset Database and Field Data Manager.
- Take corrective action to repair or rectify defective assets where required.
- Complete all documentation in line with company standards and procedures.

- Full Driving Licence (Essential).
