Enfield Council seeks a Youth Justice Advisory Teacher to improve education and employment outcomes for children aged 10–18 involved with the Youth Justice Service.

The role links education and youth justice practice, reporting to the Enfield Virtual School and based within the Youth Justice Service.

The candidate will lead in safeguarding, SEND, attendance and post-16 pathways, working across multi-agency networks and delivering training and reports to drive improvements for vulnerable learners.
