Role: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – EPx
As CTO of EPx, you are the architect of our integration strategy, bridging our core technology with the complex hardware environments of global industrial leaders. Your goal is to make EPx the “intel inside” for major electrical systems and semiconductor verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- System Integration: Lead the design and implementation of EPx technology into Tier‑1 semiconductor architectures and large‑scale electrical grids/systems.
- Hardware Roadmap: Define the technical path from prototype to mass‑market industrial application.
- Technical Diplomacy: Act as the technical face of the company when interfacing with engineering teams at partner firms (e.g., fabs, OEMs).
- IP Strategy: Work alongside legal to protect our proprietary technology as we integrate into third‑party environments.
Who You Are
- The Pedigree: A deep background in Electrical Engineering (Power Electronics preferred) and Semiconductor design/manufacturing.
- The Tinkerer‑Leader: You can read a schematic, get into the weeds of a PCB design, and also lead a high‑performing engineering squad.
- Industry Veteran: You understand the lifecycle of hardware—from silicon tape‑out to vertical system deployment.
