A Civils manager who can work alongside our experienced streetworks and programming team to deliver large scale civils programs and manage a mixture of direct labour and subcontracted teams.

Knowledge & Key Skills

Experience of managing all aspects of civils requirements of major fibre optic network builds including;

  • Experience on Openreach Network
  • Knowledge of Streetworks legislation.
  • Experience in utilising Site Supervision efficiently.
  • Delivery management skills & experience.
  • Experience in the efficient control and management of Civils Suppliers.

Accountabilities

  • Delivery of proposed civils installations within agreed timescales.
  • Accountable for monitoring the agreed SLA target levels of internal Quality, Specification and Reinstatement Audits.
  • Liaison with Stores Management to ensure required stock levels are maintained.
  • Close liaison with Permits & Programming Team to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
  • Liaison with National Streetworks & Reinstatement Manager to ensure LA, Client and Internal civils defects are managed correctly.
  • Experience with our clients system \”AFS\”.
