- Plan and oversee daily costing activities to ensure accurate financial tracking and billing
- Coordinate shipment schedules and communications between customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Process orders efficiently and resolve logistic issues to expedite shipments
- Maintain accurate filing and banking records to support administrative operations
- Utilize MS Office tools to prepare reports and manage data related to accounting and logistics
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin to liaise with relevant stakeholders
