We are looking for a hands-on Account or Operations Manager with a background in managing tech products to support our growing team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations or account management
- passionate about technology, efficiency and growth
- systems thinking and the ability to simplify processes
- experience in managing developers, designers and freelancers
Responsibilities include:
- emailing collaborators, replying to any requests, following up on conversations
- customer support
- setting up automations and workflows
- admin and project reporting
- updating spreadsheets and internal systems
- connecting different pieces of technology to increase efficiency
- quality assurance before product launch
