We are looking for a commercially-minded Client Manager to grow our portfolio of clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Run discovery calls and guide customers to the right product
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve the pipeline and drive growth
- Help define messaging and growth playbook
- Track performance, targets, and client satisfaction
- Use automation tools to improve efficiency
- Manage automations and pipeline in our CRM (ActiveCampaign)
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in sales, customer experience or client management
- Proven ability to grow accounts
- Comfortable communicating over phone, video calls, email, or in-person
- Proactive with high ownership and accountability
- Comfortable using CRM systems and familiar with automation tools
- Within easy commute to central London (we have hybrid working with at least 2 days in the office)
