Overview

A highly successful Southern law firm (Legal 500 ranked) has just launched its brand-new London City office due to year on year growth. This is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of that growth. They’re now looking for a Senior Corporate Solicitor or Partner to help establish and scale a Corporate & Commercial offering in the City with full investment and support.

What makes this different?

  • This isn’t a “plug into an existing machine” role.
  • You’ll walk into ÂŁ100,000 of existing corporate work from day one, with full backing from a profitable, well-managed regional firm that’s serious about its London expansion.
  • This is a genuine platform to build, shape, and lead with investment, autonomy, and zero legacy politics.

Immediate revenue to get you going

  • Clear mandate to grow a Corporate practice
  • Strong cross-referrals from an established regional client base
  • Entrepreneurial environment with real decision-making freedom
  • Backing from a firm that has already proven its success outside London

Who this suits

An existing Partner or ambitious Senior Associate / Legal Director with ÂŁ150-ÂŁ300k client following ready to step up. A lawyer who wants more control, visibility, and upside than a traditional City platform offers.

If you’ve ever thought about building something of your own but with the security, infrastructure, and investment of an established firm behind you this is worth a conversation. Message me directly or comment below for a confidential discussion.
