An established and highly regarded Legal 500 ranked litigation practice is seeking a Clinical Negligence Paralegal or Graduate to join its growing specialist team. This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate or aspiring solicitor with paralegal experience looking to gain hands-on experience within a respected claimant clinical negligence Partner handling complex and high-value medical negligence claims.
The Role
- Assisting solicitors and partners on a broad range of clinical negligence matters, including birth injuries, surgical errors, delayed diagnoses and fatal claims.
- Drafting correspondence, witness statements and basic court documents.
- Preparing trial bundles and liaising with experts and counsel.
- Conducting legal research and reviewing medical records.
- Supporting client communication with professionalism and sensitivity.
The Candidate
- Law degree (2:1 preferred) or equivalent legal qualification.
- A demonstrable interest in clinical negligence or personal injury litigation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- A compassionate and client-focused approach.
