Requirement for UK law firm acquisition. I am currently advising a highly successful private investor and business owner who is actively seeking to acquire a UK law firm as the foundation of a long-term strategic legal platform. This is not a traditional private equity or financial engineering proposition. The objective is to build a market-leading legal business that can support an extensive and growing portfolio of companies, alongside a substantial network of commercial relationships that already generate annual legal spend estimated between £1.5 million and £3.5 million.
The investor's portfolio and network span a number of high-growth sectors, including:
- Residential & Commercial Real Estate (Investment, Development & Funding)
- Energy, Infrastructure & Construction (Projects exceeding £150m)
- Cyber Security, Technology & AI
- Entrepreneurial and acquisitive growth businesses
We are particularly interested in speaking with firms that possess:
