My client, a well-capitalised private equity sponsor, is launching a new law firm venture with an ambitious buy-and-build strategy. We are seeking an exceptional Law Firm CEO / Managing Partner candidate to lead the platform from inception, driving strategic growth, acquisition integration, client development, and firm culture. This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded legal leader to create significant equity value while shaping a market-leading professional services business.

- Strong background in Corporate, Employment, or Real Estate law.
