A top-tier global law firm is actively building out its Secondaries & Investment Funds team in London and is targeting high-calibre lateral talent. This is not a “steady-state” role. This is a growth mandate. You’ll work directly with the firm's IF Principal, whose practice sits at the forefront of the market, advising on the most sophisticated secondaries and fund structuring matters across:

  • Private equity
  • Credit
  • Infrastructure
  • Real estate

The work is genuinely market-leading, covering GP-led secondaries, complex restructurings, spin-outs, and bespoke investment platforms, as well as carried interest and co-investment arrangements.
