Build Something From Day One! This isn’t another steady-state role. This is a chance to be my clients first Employment law hire, shape a function, and work at the centre of high value corporate activity and non contentious work. This role is working for a regional law firm ranked in multiple practice areas within the Legal 500.

This role is designed for a (circa 5 PQE) to establish and grow its employment offering, utilising working hand-in-hand with a new and growing corporate team.

The Role: You’ll sit directly alongside dealmakers, advising on:

  • Employment aspects of M&A and corporate transactions
  • TUPE and complex workforce structuring
  • Senior exits and sensitive advisory work
  • Strategic input on deals from day one

This is a front-seat role, not a support function.
