New entrepreneurial opportunity to build and lead a next-generation legal services platform. My client, a well-capitalised private equity sponsor, is launching a new law firm venture with an ambitious buy-and-build strategy. We are seeking an exceptional Law Firm CEO / Managing Partner candidate to lead the platform from inception, driving strategic growth, acquisition integration, client development, and firm culture. This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded legal leader to create significant equity value while shaping a market-leading professional services business.

Who we're looking for:

  • Partner or Equity Partner within a law firm.
  • Strong background in Corporate, Employment, or Real Estate law.
  • Proven commercial growth and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Established and transferrable client following.
  • Ambition to build, acquire, scale as opposed to just doing the work!
  • Credibility to engage with investors, acquisition targets, clients.
  • Ideal location: London, Cardiff, Bristol, Brighton.

As CEO / Managing Partner, you will have responsibility for:

  • Defining and executing the firm's growth strategy.
  • Leading acquisition activity and post-deal integration.
  • Building a high-performance culture and leadership team.
  • Developing client relationships and revenue streams.
  • Creating long-term value for shareholders, employees, and clients.
