£75,000-£125,000 + Bonus + Clients Provided + Perks & Benefits Package + Own team
We are looking for an accomplished secured lending solicitor at senior to partner level across London. The opportunity is to walk into an established department to take over an existing team and portfolio of work. Longer term the practice is looking to grow ambitiously becoming a key player across London. The ideal candidate will have contacts or contributory work to bring to the Firm however all applications considered.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage a portfolio of property matters – finance, bridging, acting for Lenders & Borrowers.
– Develop and maintain client relationships
– Drive business growth and mentor junior solicitors
Qualifications:
– 7+ years of experience in Commercial Property / Property Finance Law
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
