Commercial Property Solicitor
North West London
£60,000-£120,000 + Annual Bonus + Onsite working + Progression + Extensive Perks & Benefits Package + Provided own client base + 'IMMEDIATE START'
My client, an incredibly busy Legal 500 Property & Real Estate practice is looking for highly motivated Commercial Property Solicitors to come and hit the ground running, working side by side some brilliant and motivated Partners.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Acting almost exclusively for companies on both commercial and residential investment properties including: HMO’s, mixed use and new-builds acting both for lenders and borrowers.
- Acting on purchases, sales, auctions and general landlord and tenant work.
- Managing your own busy caseloads as there is no shortage of work.
Progression & Development:
- You will also be exposed to speciality brokers giving you a unique opportunity to build relationships and establish your own following.
- The department is supported by five paralegals who deal with the work involved in preparing for completion.
- Work toward a Senior Associate role short term then further progress to Partner long term.
