Permanent: Full Time

A rare and distinguished opportunity has arisen for a commercially astute and impeccably credentialed corporate solicitor to join a leading Legal 500 practice, within a premier corporate team celebrated for its sophistication, depth of expertise, and outstanding client service within Midd-Market transactions ranging in excess of £20M. This opportunity is designed for a secure pair of hands to run transactions and come in to help build out the corporate offering of the practice.

The Requirements

We are seeking a solicitor who combines exceptional technical ability with refined corporate acumen — someone who naturally understands the pace, precision, and discretion required when advising clients at the pinnacle of the midd-market M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital. This is a role for a trusted advisor who thrives in a high-performing, forward-thinking environment and is eager to contribute meaningfully to a practice of the highest calibre.

The Role

You will play a pivotal role in a well-established and growing corporate team, delivering high-value transactional work and complex advice across a diverse client portfolio. The work is varied and intellectually stimulating.
