Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Bristol for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, negotiating contracts, representing the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue goals. The role will involve ensuring customer satisfaction and managing accounts to retain long‑term business.
