The Role
You will be reporting directly to the Head Chef and deputise on their behalf in their absence. You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of your shift ensuring both restaurant and banqueting services are running effectively by planning in advance and having a methodical approach to running a busy kitchen.
The ideal candidate will already be a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie with extensive experience, ideally in a hotel environment but experience in a busy restaurant and large scale banqueting is essential.
