We are a small group of 4* hotels based in South Wales and the South West of England. We have 3 hotels altogether based in Cardiff Bay, Bristol City Centre and Plymouth. All of our hotels offer large comfortable Canadian beds, conference and meetings centres and bespoke individual restaurant and bar areas.

We are currently looking for a Breakfast Chef. You will be reporting directly to the Head Chef and have responsibility for the delivery of our breakfast service and conference catering during your shift. You will need to be able to work independently with minimal oversight delivering food to agreed specifications and having a real skill in waste management. You will be responsible for placing orders online and over the phone to ensure good stock management for your area of responsibility. Due to the nature of the role you will ideally be an already established Chef de Partie or Jr Sous Chef at least.
You will be flexible, reliable, enthusiastic with a passion for hospitality and be able to work in a team and also independently. Our hotels and Conference Centres are busy establishments, therefore this is very much a hands on role.
