About the role:
We're looking for an Industrial Services Supervisor to lead a team delivering specialist industrial cleaning and maintenance services across a range of customer sites. You'll be responsible for planning daily operations, supervising site activities, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance, and leading by example.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and motivating a team of Industrial Services Operatives
- Planning and coordinating daily operational activities
- Ensuring compliance with QHSE standards, RAMS and safe systems of work
- Supervising specialist services including high-pressure water jetting, tank cleaning, confined space works and spill response
- Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Promoting a positive safety culture and continuous improvement
What we're looking for:
- Experience within Industrial Services, environmental services or hazardous waste operations
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Knowledge of high-pressure water jetting, confined space working or similar specialist services
- A proactive leader with excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (B+E desirable)
