We’re looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing & BD team and help drive our digital presence forward. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining data, content and technology to deliver impactful insight‑led marketing activity across website, email and digital channels, with a focus on creating high quality, engaging digital content.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll support the development and optimisation of our digital strategy, contributing to website performance, SEO, email marketing and content creation across a range of formats. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in analysing performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and producing compelling content that drives engagement and delivers measurable results aligned to the firm’s department and sector plans.

Your main duties will include:

  • Maintaining and optimising website content, taking ownership of website performance, driving improvements in SEO, usability and conversions
  • Analysing digital performance (GA4 and campaign data) to identify insights and optimisation opportunities
  • Supporting and refining digital campaigns through testing, reporting and continuous improvement
  • Creating and editing high‑quality, engaging content aligned to brand and audience needs
  • Delivering targeted email campaigns, including segmentation and performance tracking
  • Producing clear, insight‑driven reports to demonstrate impact and inform decision‑making
  • Working closely with colleagues and external partners to deliver effective digital activity

Skills required:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role
  • Strong analytical mindset, with hands‑on experience of GA4 and performance reporting
  • Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practice. Insight of GEO/ AEO is helpful
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Experience using CMS platforms and email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp)
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in continuous improvement
