We are seeking a dedicated full‐time Account Manager to join our team on‐site in London. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying potential business opportunities, and driving client satisfaction. Key tasks include managing client accounts, developing tailored solutions, addressing customer queries, preparing impactful reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet clients' requirements. The role also involves promoting our research and data services to drive business growth and customer retention.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in client relationship management, customer communication, and providing exceptional service
  • Business acumen and experience in identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and achieving targets
