The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated, full-time or part-time Customer Care Administrator fluent in Greek to join our busy Storage Renewals Department. This role is crucial to facilitating the ongoing storage and security of our clients’ vital stem cell samples. The role offers a hybrid working model, providing flexibility between time in the office and working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Administering the storage renewal process from start to finish.
- Reviewing client accounts to ensure complete accuracy and compliance.
- Serving as a primary contact for clients, handling queries via phone and email.
- Assisting clients with making payments for renewal.
- Distributing invoices and renewal paperwork.
- Maintaining and updating our database and CRM to ensure all personal contact details are correct.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written).
- Excellent telephone manner and strong customer care skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
- Ability to work efficiently and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
