Overview
Technical Operations Assistant role at Future Group in London, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Quotation & Estimate Preparation: Assist in the preparation and creation of detailed cost estimates and client quotations based on project scope and specifications.
- Technical Drawing Support: Design and update floor plans, system layouts, and zone charts in line with project and regulatory requirements.
- Client Communication: Respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring accurate information is provided and expectations are managed.
- Procurement Coordination: Source and order materials and equipment from approved suppliers, maintaining accurate records and delivery tracking.
- Operational Support: Provide general administrative and technical support to the operations team, including document management, scheduling support, and coordination of site resources.
Qualifications
- Experience in a technical support role is essential.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings or willingness to learn (experience with CAD or similar software is a plus).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
