We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth across our BPO, ITO, HRO, and F&A AI-enabled verticals. As a leader in the outsourcing space, we help global enterprises scale by providing specialized operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Identify and close new business opportunities across our core service lines (Business Process Outsourcing, IT Outsourcing, HR Outsourcing, and Finance & Accounting).
- Strategic Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and architect bespoke outsourcing solutions that drive ROI and efficiency.
- Market Expansion: Proactively build a robust pipeline of enterprise-level prospects through own solid connections, networking, social selling, and industry events.
- Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex buying committees, engaging with C-Suite executives (CXOs, CIOs, CHROs and CFOs) to align our services with their business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our operations and solutions teams to ensure seamless transitions from 'sold' to 'delivered.'
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 10+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically within the Outsourcing/BPO/Managed Services industry, with a minimum of 3 years in the EUROPE market.
- Connections: Solid and active high-level contacts in the said country/region within various industry domains demanding our services.
- Versatility: Proven track record of selling across multiple domains (BPO, HR, IT and Finance).
- The 'Hunter' Mindset: A self-starter who is energized by cold outreach and building a territory from the ground up.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to simplify complex service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Global Perspective: Experience working with international markets and understanding offshore/nearshore delivery models is a must.
- Location: To be located in EUROPE for the past 3 years minimum is a must.
- Language: Fluent English.
- Nationality: European nationality.
