Requirements:

  • Experience in a technical support role is essential.

  • Basic understanding of technical drawings or willingness to learn (experience with CAD or similar software is a plus).

  • Quotation & Estimate Preparation: Assist in the preparation and creation of detailed cost estimates and client quotations based on project scope and specifications.
  • Technical Drawing Support: Design and update floor plans, system layouts, and zone charts in line with project and regulatory requirements.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring accurate information is provided and expectations are managed.
  • Procurement Coordination: Source and order materials and equipment from approved suppliers, maintaining accurate records and delivery tracking.
  • Operational Support: Provide general administrative and technical support to the operations team, including document management, scheduling support, and coordination of site resources.
