- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the security industry
- Strong knowledge of Access Control, Door Entry, and CCTV systems
- Clear, professional communication skills
- A logical approach to troubleshooting multi-system issues
- Dependable, flexible, and dedicated with a full, UK driving license
- Ability to complete job reports concisely and clearly
Desirable Expertise
- Familiarity with systems from multiple traditional door entry manufacturers
- Hands-on experience with fault finding and diagnostics
- Knowledge of door entry hardware and ability to fit and repair locks
Responsibilities
- Service and maintain door entry and access control systems
- Service and maintain CCTV systems
- Implement system extensions and replacements as part of small works projects
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults on-site
- Provide on-call emergency support when required
- Collaborate across the service and installation departments as needed
