Owing to our continued success, Future Group is looking to recruit a motivated individual to join our team as a Labourer, to assist with the successful delivery of projects within the Telecommunications industry. As Future Group continues to grow, we are expanding our horizons, diving into a wider range of civil projects and unlocking exciting new opportunities.

Please note there may be some travel and working away from home required as part of this role with accommodation provided by Future Group.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

  • Assist with excavation, trenching, reinstatement works, duct installation, and blockage removal.
  • Support Gangers with general civils activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  • Ensure safe practices are carried out at all times.
  • Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder's appropriate skill set.

What Do You Need?

  • Valid Street Works (NRSWA) ticket preferred.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Strong work ethic with a reliable and proactive approach.
  • Ability to utilise independent judgment in the performance of duties.
  • The ability to follow concise and clear instructions accurately.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
