What Are We Looking For? Owing to our continued success, Future Group is looking to recruit a motivated individual to join our team as a Data Cabling Engineer, to assist with the successful delivery of projects throughout the UK & Ireland. Some of Your Key Duties Include:
- Carrying out structured cabling installations including Cat6, Cat6a, Fibre Optic and Audio Visual cabling across a range of industries.
- Manage all testing and termination of cabling systems.
- Manage all fault finding and troubleshooting of faults.
- Installation of various audio visual and network equipment.
- Ensure safe practices are carried out at all times.
- Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder's appropriate skill set.
What Do You Need?
- Good time management, with the ability to multitask, plan and organise day to day workloads within a busy environment.
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written communication and ability to follow, interpret and explain technical instructions.
- Driven, with an ability to work individually and with teams under your direction.
- Innovative thinking, with an ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
