  • Support and supervise pupils in the absence of their class teacher or other staff.

  • Assist with the delivery of engaging learning activities.

  • Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.

  • Promote positive behaviour and high expectations.

  • Build positive relationships with children, staff and families.

  • Adapt to the needs of different year groups and classroom environments.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with children, ideally in a school setting.

  • Is enthusiastic, reliable, flexible and approachable.

  • Can confidently work across different age groups.

  • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Is committed to supporting the learning, wellbeing and development of every child.

We can offer:

  • A welcoming and supportive school environment.

  • The opportunity to work with children across the full primary age range.

  • A varied and rewarding role.

  • Supportive colleagues and opportunities for professional development.

If you are passionate about working with children and are looking for a varied role within a school, we would love to hear from you.
