Working With Creative/Marketing Agencies - Senior Account Manager

Hello! Let us introduce ourselves.We’re Future Factory and we’re pretty damn proud to be one of the UK’s leading business development consultancies for creative agencies. We specialise in helping our clients get a foot in the door of their favourite brands, win new clients, and grow their business.

What does the job actually entail?

  • Each of our Senior Account Managers work with three creative agencies as clients.
  • After developing a deep understanding of your client’s industry and their unique propositions, you’ll contact senior decision makers at their dream brands over the phone & email.
  • You will sell your agency’s unique capabilities to these brands, with the aim of setting up valuable introductions between the brand and your client.
  • You will build fantastic relationships with your clients, essentially becoming an extension of their team, and learn everything that makes their agency special and unique.
  • You will provide regular updates to your clients, sharing all the exciting conversations with brands you’ve been having, and keep them in the loop with how their new business strategy is tracking.
  • As well as working from our office, at least every fortnight you’ll spend one day working from each of your agency’s offices, absorbing their culture and mingling with some of the best creative minds the agency scene has to offer.

Who are we looking for?

  • Are you interested in the wonderful world of agencies and brands?
  • Do you have a minimum of 18 months' experience in a business development or agency sales role?
  • Are you interested in helping an agency’s new business pipeline grow?
  • Do you have an excellent command of the English language?
  • Are you not afraid to pick up the phone to strangers?
  • Are you highly organised and have excellent time management skills?
  • Are you self-motivated and target-driven?
