Join a leading M&E contractor expanding its Design team and is looking to appoint an experienced BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of complex building services projects across the UK. This role is based from the office and offers the chance to work closely with engineers, site teams, and main contractors, ensuring coordinated, buildable BIM models that support efficient site delivery and offsite manufacturing.

Perform well in this role and you'll have the opportunity to step into a senior-level BIM position, supporting larger projects and mentoring junior team members.

Your Role as a BIM Coordinator Will Include:

  • Producing and coordinating mechanical and electrical BIM models to support live projects
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date models and drawings, ensuring changes are communicated clearly to the wider project team
  • Supporting design coordination through clash detection, issue resolution, and model reviews
  • Developing Revit models from engineering inputs and creating families where manufacturer data is unavailable

As a BIM Coordinator You Will Bring:

  • Proven Revit MEP experience within building services or construction
  • Experience coordinating mechanical and electrical models across multiple disciplines
  • A strong understanding of BIM workflows, clash detection, and model coordination
